What is Jollio?
Jollio is a free Android app with an endless vertical feed of short funny videos — comedy clips, fails, pets, pranks and memes. Just swipe up for the next laugh. While you watch, you earn FunCoins 🎉 that you can redeem from your profile once you’re eligible.
Is Jollio free to use?
Yes. Installing and watching Jollio is completely free. There is no subscription. The app is supported by ads, and you earn FunCoins while you watch.
What does the app look like?
Jollio has four tabs: Feed (the endless swipe feed), Discover (search for clips), Earn (rewards, daily quests and check-in) and Profile (your wallet, settings and withdrawals).
Which devices and languages are supported?
Jollio is an Android-only app — iOS is not supported at this time. The app ships in English, Spanish, Portuguese and German at launch.
In which countries is Jollio available?
Jollio will be available in every country where Google Play distributes apps, subject to local regulations. Availability of specific payment providers for withdrawal may vary by region.
Earning & FunCoins
How do I earn FunCoins?
Mostly by watching videos — every clip you finish drops FunCoins into your wallet. You also earn from the daily check-in and by completing daily quests. Your current earn rates and daily caps are always shown inside the app.
What are daily quests and the check-in?
The daily check-in gives you a bonus for opening the app each day, building up over a 7-day streak (50–150 coins). Daily quests reward you for watching 20, 50 or 100 videos in a day. Both reset every day.
Do I have to watch ads?
Jollio is free and ad-supported, so you’ll see some ads between clips. You can also choose to watch an optional rewarded ad for a bonus — but it’s always optional, and skipping it never blocks the feed.
Is there a daily earning limit?
Yes, each rewarded activity has a daily cap to keep the economy healthy and to protect against abuse. The current caps are shown on the Earn tab.
Withdrawals
Which payment methods are supported?
The options available in your region are displayed inside the app at the moment you request a payout. The list may be updated over time, so the app always shows what’s currently supported where you are.
Why am I not eligible to withdraw yet?
Access to withdrawal is earned through consistent, legitimate use of the app. Eligibility generally requires that your account is around 14 days old and that you have watched at least 100 videos. The exact criteria are shown on the withdrawal screen as a progress checklist, so you always know what’s left to unlock it.
Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?
Yes. The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed inside the app at the moment you request a payout, so you always see the current threshold before you confirm.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Processing time depends on the payment provider and verification status. The expected timeline for your request is displayed in the app when you submit it and in your withdrawal history afterwards.
Account & Privacy
Do I need to register to use Jollio?
No. You can start watching and earning instantly as a guest — guest mode covers the Feed and Discover tabs. When you’re ready, you can upgrade to email or Google sign-in without losing any of your progress or FunCoins.
How do I move my account to a new device?
If you upgraded your guest account with email or Google, simply install Jollio on the new device and sign in. Your wallet and progress move with you automatically.
How is my data handled?
You can use Jollio as a guest and never link an email. If you upgrade, your data is treated as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion at any time — see Data Deletion.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Profile → Delete Account. You can also request deletion by email: see Data Deletion.
Technical
Why do I see ads?
Ads keep Jollio free and fund the FunCoins you earn. You may see an ad when the app opens, an occasional interstitial roughly every five videos, and a banner under the feed. Rewarded ads are always optional.
A video won’t play or the app is glitching. What can I do?
First, check your internet connection and make sure you’re on the latest version of the app. If the problem continues, restart the app. Still stuck? Write to support@jollio.me with your device model and Android version.
My FunCoins balance looks wrong.
Balances can take a moment to sync. Pull to refresh the Earn tab or reopen the app. If it still looks off after that, contact support@jollio.me and we’ll take a look.
